Canada Day Eh!
Posted by centauri in Canada Day, Centauri Summer Arts Camp. on July 3, 2007
At the start of tonight’s evening program, I unfortunately had to tell the camp some upsetting news . . . In a misguided attempt to win back Britney Spears, Kevin Federline (“K-Fed”) bought Canada! The Canadian Military could not think of a good plan to get the country back so Centauri was asked to help out. Luckily, some famous Canadians came by to help us out. In dorm groups, the campers went around and met Celine Dion, Bonhomme Carnival, Maurice “The Rocket” Richard, Emily Carr, Laura Second, Karen Kain, Wyerton Willie and a representative from the 2010 Olympic Committee. Dorms completed challenges and then were awarded beaver pelts for their efforts. They then went to meet K-Fed themselves (who oddly happened to resemble Jon, the acting for film program director) and convinced K-Fed to trade beaver pelts for iconic parts of Canada. Using the parts of Canada they gained control of, dorms concocted plans to take back the rest of the country. In the end, the military decided that B5′s proposal to use their voodoo power to raise former Prime Minister Pierre Elliott Trudeau, then use Air Canada to drop the zombie version of Trudeau onto K-Fed’s house. Surely, zombies will save the day every time. Once K-Fed heard of this plan, he was eager to give the country back and the whole camp celebrated with special maple-leaf ice cream.
The best summer ever has gotten off to an incredible start!
