Clothing Labels

Checklist

  

May 2010

Medical Forms must be returned to us by MAY 20TH (so all information can be reviewed before camp)
All camp fees must be paid by MAY 15TH.  Click here to pay online

Pre-purchase any camp merchandise required, from our on-line store (available mid-May)

1 week before camp

Check all your travel arrangements. Please inform us of any changes to flight times.
Check the camper for head lice (see our head lice policy)
Please check all items the camper will be bringing to camp for nut and peanut ingredients. This includes shampoos, cosmetics, snacks etc.
Inform the camp if the camper has been exposed to any communicable disease.
Ensure all medications are labeled clearly in original containers.
Label all clothes.

1st Day of Camp

You will be asked to complete a Medical Update Form upon arrival.
If your child's flight is delayed, please call the camp.
If you are driving, please arrive no earlier than 12.30pm, no later than 1pm

For the bus, please arrive by 10.15 am. The bus leaves promptly at 10.30am.
